Daughter of the Night…
…has just uploaded onto Kindle. I am in the process of converting all the books to other e-formats as well but it is far more complicated and my life is far too complicated already.
I am leaving for my first trip to Europe in a few days — Budapest, Prague and Vienna. This is a long-planned vacation, one that will hopefully get the creative juices flowing again. There are stories in me, just not sure how to get them out at present.
Good cheer to you all … and may you all have good things to be thankful for.

Donate your books.
One one of the sites where a review of Beyond Sundown was posted, a comment was given. I called the number and spoke to Lisa and it is on the up and up. They need books of all types. Consider a donation. Here is the letter and information on where to send books.
Hello-
My name is Lisa Matthews and I am the Special Projects Coordinator for the Robeson County Public Library System. Our community is the third poorest county in the United States making us the poorest in North Carolina. Our adults are the ones doing without. Your books would be perfect for our adults giving them something to look forward to at when they come into the library. Our budget is very limited and we are in a very poor county. Would you ever consider donating any of your books to help us? Tax letters will be sent out. Thanks so much for your time. If I have emailed you before disregard this email.

They also have a book fair in February and I have been invited down. No decision yet and with the weather patterns, February may be difficult. I’ll keep you posted.

Great Review…
From my Virtual Book Tour Vampire Chix stop.

And Wiscon was wonderful, too. I got a lot of ideas on self publishing I’d never thought of before. Be sure to keep in touch when you are ready to toss your literary baby out into the world.
My Virtual Book Tour Starts Today
This has been a strange trip so far, particularly since I am writing most of my blogs about my immortal family while at my childhood home sorting through my mother’s things as, at 89, she prepares for the final move of her life to be closer to me in Milwaukee. The posts just get progressively deeper when I have a free rein to write what I want. Illusions of Imtimacy post was particularly deep as I was in a very pensive mood. Anyway, here is the first link…and the first part of schedule is below it.

Beyond Sundown now on Kindle
I will be adding a Paypal link for the book to my site in a day or two. Please, if you know of other vampire fans, pass this on.
I will be signing the new book at Draculacon3 in Windber, Penn, on May 31 and at Wiscon in Madison over the Memorial Day weekend. I’ll also be setting up signings with independent bookstores in the upper Midwest and am open to suggestions on which to contact. Thanks so much for all your support! – Elaine
I am about to upload Beyond Sundown to Kindle and also to Smashwords. The latter will make it available on nook and other e-readers. Expect about a 24 hour delay for processing and you can order.
And the trade paperback looks georgous! It will sell for $16. As always, available on my site or on the online sites, likely in stores as well.
Beyond Sundown cover
And, yes, I think this is gorgeous … and perfect given the story.
I am hoping to have printed books in time for Demicon (April 29-May1) in Des Moines and certainly for Draculacon in Windber, Pennsylvania, May 21. The kindle version of Beyond Sundown should be up by May 4.
For those in that area, Draculacon will be held at the Grand Midway Hotel (yes, experts say that it’s haunted). I did have an earlier date listed for this, but May 21 is correct. Last year’s event was delightful and now that it is moving from the theater to the hotel it should have an even more intimate feel.
